The lactase enzymes in our pills help your body break down lactose. Taking it before eating dairy allows you to properly digest lactose and avoid the usual symptoms (bloating, gas etc.).

Just take 1 tablet right before consuming dairy — or more, depending on your needs (maximum 5 per day).

Our tablets are plant-based and only contain necessary ingredients. No fluff, just what you need.

Active ingredient:

• Lactase enzyme – helps break down lactose in dairy products so it can be digested comfortably.
  

Other ingredients:

• Microcrystalline cellulose – plant-based filler that keeps the tablet stable and compact
  
• Xanthan gum & gum arabic – natural binders that act as slow-release agents, ensuring the enzyme is released gradually for longer effect

While most other options are weak and packed with artificial ingredients, each DairyJoy tablet comes with 22,000 FCC lactase enzyme units (more than 7x stronger than mainstream UK brands)

So 1 DairyJoy tablet = more than 7 mainstream brand pills.

Our tablets also release lactase for up to 6 hours, meaning 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon should have you covered for the entire day!

DairyJoy contains lactase, a naturally occurring enzyme the body can safely eliminate if you consume more than needed.
