How does it work?

The lactase enzymes in our pills help your body break down lactose. Taking it before eating dairy allows you to properly digest lactose and avoid the usual symptoms (bloating, gas etc.).

Just take 1 tablet right before consuming dairy — or more, depending on your needs (maximum 5 per day).

Slow release effect for *up to* 6 hours. No need to retake every 30 mins!

Is it safe?

DairyJoy contains lactase, a naturally occurring enzyme the body can safely eliminate if you consume more than needed.

I am definitely lactose sensitive. I wasn't able to eat cereal with milk or coffee with milk or eat ice cream without getting pain, cramping, gas pain ... Well I went and got these pills and it takes away ALL my symptoms. It works best before you eat but worst case scenario, I have taken it after and it still helped. I could now literally drink pints of milk without any pain if I make sure to take the Dairyjoy pills beforehand. I definitely recommend anyone to give it a try. I'm SOOO glad that did...
